Our Policies

Please give at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment for any reason. If you cancel last minute multiple times I will not allow you to re book. 

Cancellation

If you no-show your appointment you be required to pre pay in full for all future appointments. 

No-Shows

Please arrive to your appointments on time and with clean, dry hair. If you're more than 15 minutes late we may need to reschedule your appointment or do a smaller service. 

Late Arrivals

I accept all major credit cards. I offer a 10% cash discount on all services and products, including wefts. 

Pricing & Payments

Please let me know if you are unhappy with any service with in 7 days and I will make adjustments as needed. If you have any issues with your extensions you can pop in any time to have me take a look or adjust anything, free of charge.
